• The arrear enrollment for course completed students of the following batches has been extended up to 2nd August 2021 (Monday) 5 pm:
  
  1.  BE / BTech 2014-17, 2015-19, 2016-20 
  2. ME/ MTech 2017-19 & 2018-20
  3. MCA 2015-18, 2016-19 & 2017-20 
  
  The students have to enroll in the schedule EVEN ARREAR.  The course completed students have to use their personal email ID for registration.

  Exam fee notification for arrear exams will be published in the forthcoming week.
• Commencement of arrear exams for BE / BTech 2014-18, 2015-19 & 2016-20 batches, ME/ MTech/ MBA 2017-19 & 2018-20 batches, MCA 2015-18, 2016-19, 2017-20 batches from 4th August 2021. The students must enroll themselves in KITE for all arrear exams during 29th to 31st July 2021. The process document for arrear enrollment is attached for reference.

• The arrear examinations for BE / BTech R2017  & R2018 commences from 22nd July 2021.  If any student is not able to enroll in KITE, the student may be manually included in the enrollment list submitted to Examly.  The students with attendance shortage should not be enrolled for the exam.  In case they attend, the results will be withheld.
  •  If any student does not receive link from Examly for any exam, it should be immediately reported to Dr J Vijayprakash / Lt A R Arul for necessary action.
  • If there are any discrepancies in timetable, it should be immediately reported to CoE / Dr J Vijayprakash / Lt A R Arul.
• BE / BTech 2016-20 Batch Provisional Degree Certificates received from Anna University Chennai.  Students can collect from CoE Office on any working day between 9 am and 4 pm.  For entry permission, they can send a mail to:   [email protected]    with copy to    [email protected]

• As per Anna University guidelines (ref attachment)  all course completed UG & PG students with arrears who have exhausted the maximum period are permitted to appear for arrear exams as a special case during August 2021, February 2022, August 2022.
  UG & PG students of BE/ BTech, ME/ MTech, MCA, MBA programmes are requested to register for the August 2021 session arrear exams (in person) in CoE Office, KCT and pay the exam fees before 24th July 2021.

• Commencement of Regular and Arrear (2015-19 batch & 2016 – 20 batch) Exams from 27.01.2021 (Wednesday). The regular and arrear ESE already held from 21.12.2020 to 30.12.2020 will be conducted once again with a new QP pattern. Timetable will be released shortly.
