Recce 360°- An Interactive Mobile based Crime Reporting System

In India, as per the statistical report of the year 2018, there were around 1.2 million crimes happening every day, out of which only 10% of the crimes were reported. Therefore, it is very difficult and challenging for the police department and intelligence agencies to resolve the crime cases if reported later or with improper and insufficient information. The well-designed crime reporting system eases the job of police and investigating agencies to proceed with the rapid action. This paper proposes to design an interactive mobile based crime reporting system(CMS) integrated with map features to facilitate the tracking of location information of the place of crime. The application can be used by the public, police officials, and intelligence officials with different levels of access provisions and functionalities supporting investigation. This will be helpful for the public to report the crime as and when happened and to review the status of the reported crime. The cop can use the interactive map to reach the location and can use the reported information for an investigation. The higher officials can monitor and keep track of all the cases under their jurisdiction. The paper also provides an exploratory analysis of test data collected from the public using the application and the results were discussed.

The present invention discloses a control system for an industrial sewing machine for the operation of the machine without the need for podal operations such that physically challenged persons without legs can operate the machine. According to the present system, the sewing machine operator's (1) hand gesture is detected and processed as myo signal by the muscle interface device (2) and communicated to the microcontroller. The microcontroller processes the received myo signal and match with the already developed artificial Intelligence (Al) loaded in the microcontroller. The microcontroller controls the speed of sewing machine by controlling the motor (4) and controls the movement of the presser foot (11) for sewing operation. The control system is retrofitted in the existing industrial sewing machine by attaching a lincar actuator LAI (9) with motor speed control paddle (7) and a linear actuator LA2 (10) with presser foot height adjustment pad idle.

The texture, taste, colour, and flavour were liked very much based on a 9-point hedonic scale. The weight of the cookies is 10g. The diameter of the cookies is 50mm and the thickness is 3mm. The colour of the cookies is slightly golden brown. The edible gelatine film was analysed for thickness (0.01mm), tensile strength (11.34MPa), and elongation at break percentage (155.49)

Automating the task of high beam switching will significantly reduce glare from oncoming vehicles and thus improving night-time driving safety. To avoid temporary blindness and glare from oncoming vehicles, automatic high beam controller is developed. This can be achieved by fixing RF transmitter at starting points of cities. Once a vehicle enters the city, the headlight beams Electronic Control Unit (ECU)in the vehicles receives signal from RF transmitter and the light beam of headlight of the vehicle is automatically switched to a low beam. Once the vehicle leaves the city by crossing RF transmitter the user input is enabled by ECU and the driver can change the beam either high or low manually according to his need. The circuit has been designed and simulated in the Proteus software and accurate switching of the high beam is achieved. The most serious issues we face is the management of wastes by virtue of their disposal. Our changing lifestyles generate more and more volume of wastes every day which requires more time to manage and dispose and also requires more work. The traditional way of manually managing the wastes in waste bins is a complex, cumbersome process and utilizes more human effort, time and cost which is not compatible with the present-day technologies in any way. It is known to use a scissors jack mechanism to drive a compression plate, typically downward, into the garbage thus increasing the capacity of the bin. This earlier method requires a separate mechanism for their removal from the bins which are economical for large bins used in public places like parks, malls, restaurants, etc. The proposed system provides compaction along with the removal of compacted waste in an economical way. It is capable of compacting the waste inside a disposable bag which can be easily removed from the system and can be disposed. This work presented here certainly provides novel approach in handling and disposing off the day to day solid wastes in an efficient and easy way occupying less space than the previous methods and good enough to ensure the practical way for solid waste collection process monitoring and management for green environment.
